Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add a Production Scheduler to our new manufacturing facility in support of our Koch-Glitsch business. This position is in Apodaca, Mexico.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain production schedules for Engineer to Order (ETO) projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and manufacturing capacity.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to manage material availability and workflow.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules proactively to address delays or changes in priorities.
- Utilize scheduling tools and ERP systems to track project timelines and resource allocation.
- Communicate schedule updates and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely resolution.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements (Basic Qualifications):
- Experience in production scheduling/planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and scheduling software.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Valid VISA and Passport.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Knowledge of Engineer to Order (ETO) processes and manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
