Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement
NICE Actimize solutions
including:

• AML (CMT, SAM, TM)
• Fraud (IFM, CDD, Watchlist Filtering)
• Develop and customize Actimize rules, scenarios, and models based on business requirements and regulatory needs
• Configure alerts, thresholds, scoring logic, and workflows
• Perform data mapping and integration between source systems and Actimize platforms
• Write and optimize PL/SQL / SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and performance tuning
• Support end-to-end implementation across development, SIT, UAT, and production
• Conduct system testing, defect fixing, and performance optimization
• Participate in model tuning, rule optimization, and false positive reduction
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, configuration documents, and deployment guides
• Support production issues, regulatory audits, and change requests
• Work closely with compliance, risk, QA, and infrastructure teams

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize platform
• Strong knowledge of AML / Fraud / Financial Crime domain
• Experience with Actimize RCM, IFM, CDD, WLF, SAM, or CMT
• Strong SQL & PL/SQL skills (Oracle preferred)
• Experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting
• Knowledge of data models, ETL concepts, and data quality checks
• Familiarity with alerts, case management, workflows
• Experience in batch processing and real-time processing
