Actividades:

  • Responsable de implementar a nivel estratégico, táctico y operativo la gestión de negocios SIX indirectos; logrando los compromisos e indicadores marcados por la compañía (volumen, mismas tiendas, otras categorías, operating profit, productividad (cerveza y otras categorías).
  • Desarrollar una cultura de trabajo de acuerdo a la estrategia compañía (evergreen) y de excelencia operativa.
  • Identificar oportunidades en la operación de los negocios y proponer cambios para la mejor utilización de las inversiones ya existentes.
  • Asegurar que todos los negocios operen por encima del punto de equilibrio.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en puestos de liderazgo (retail, ventas y distribución de consumo masivo).
  • Conocimiento en mejora continua.
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Dominio de Power BI, SAP y Data Analytics.
  • Conocimiento financiero y revenue management.
  • Disponilidad para viajar.
