Riviera Maya Catamarans - provides boat rental reseller throughout the Riviera Maya, as well as Holbox and Cancun area, Mexico Sol Tours - provides land and other adventure-based tours. The office is located in Puerto Aventuras.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage pre-arrival and arrival services to the clients, for their boat rentals and land tours efficiently, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Assist in the promotion and resale of catamaran rentals and adventure tours.
  • Offer clients expert guidance on our diverse range of services, including knowledge of popular local spots, marinas, and tour routes.
  • Supervise and motivate the team, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish is essential for clear communication with a diverse clientele.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and care is a must, particularly in tourism or hospitality roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Riviera Maya region, including key areas like Tulum, marinas, and popular tourist zones.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments, especially during busy seasons.
  • Excellent math skills and proficiency in Excel for managing bookings, calculations, and financial tracking.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the job, from bookings to customer interactions.
  • Schedule flexibility is important, as work hours may vary based on client needs and business demands.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
