Mexico City Metropolitan Area New Era Cap A tiempo completo

Es el responsable planear, analizar y ejecutar la estrategia de demanda para New Era Cap México, asegurando una correcta disponibilidad de producto, rotación de inventarios y rentabilidad del negocio. Su objetivo principal es anticipar la demanda futura, alineando presupuestos, compras y proyecciones con el área comercial, logística y finanzas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar, gestionar y dar seguimiento al OTB (Open to Buy) por categoría y canal.
  • Generar y dar seguimiento al forecast de ventas, en conjunto con equipos de ventas, BI y marketing.
  • Planificar
    el budget anual y mensual para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta y margen.
  • Alinear el plan de demanda con la estrategia comercial y el calendario de lanzamientos.
  • Monitorear y analizar KPIs clave como rotación de inventarios, cobertura, tasa de cumplimiento del forecast, y días de inventario.
  • Generar reportes para la toma de decisiones estratégicas sobre compras y distribución de producto.
  • Realizar análisis de comportamiento de producto, tendencias de consumo y performance por canal y punto de venta.
  • Conocimiento y análisis de P&L (Profit and Loss) para entender el impacto de las decisiones de planeación en la rentabilidad.
  • Seguimiento diario/semanal a la disponibilidad y abastecimiento de producto por canal.
  • Coordinación con equipos de compras, logística y comercial para asegurar la correcta ejecución del plan de demanda.
  • Identificación de oportunidades y riesgos en el inventario para proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Asegurar el correcto uso y actualización de herramientas y sistemas de planeación (Excel, SAP, BI, etc).

Requisitos:

Formación académica:

  • Título en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Finanzas o carreras afín.

Conocimientos:

  • Dominio de herramientas BI: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik u otras.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel
  • Conocimiento en modelado de datos y ETL.
  • Deseable: SAP y bases de datos (SQL, Power BI).

Experiencia:

  • 3 años en roles similares en áreas comerciales, BI o planeación de la demanda.
  • Experiencia previa en empresas de retail, moda o consumo masivo (deseable).
  • Experiencia demostrada en creación y análisis de OTB, forecast, inventarios y presupuestos.
  • Inglés avanzado indispensable (oral y escrito).
