Role mission

  • Prospect clients and generate business opportunities.
  • Manage and keep the CRM (HubSpot) updated.
  • Follow up with prospects and support the closing of agreements.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute prospecting campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn).
  • Execute sales calls with prospects
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and report results.
  • Join meetings with prospects and follow up through to closing.
  • Analyze data and propose improvements to the sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or prospecting.
  • Advanced HubSpot skills (sequences, workflows, data hygiene).
  • Knowledge of tools such as Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
