El Activation Executive tiene como misión principal capacitar y activar al restaurante de manera presencial garantizando que los nuevos aliados provenientes del equipo Hunting comiencen a operar correctamente en Rappi, asegurando que vivan una experiencia completa y guiada durante sus primeros pasos. Con la finalidad de mejorar el performance general de los aliados y teniendo un impacto positivo en la rentabilidad de RappiAs part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
- Realizar el proceso de capacitación y activación de manera presencial de nuevos aliados provenientes del equipo Hunting , asegurando que inicien operaciones en Rappi Aliados de manera rápida y correcta. (Rol 80% campo)
- Coordinar la agenda de activaciones diarias, priorizando clientes estratégicos.
-Validar que cada aliado esté listo para operar
-Asegurar que la activación incluya pedido de prueba guiado, para que el aliado viva la experiencia completa (recepción, preparación y cierre del pedido).
- Entrega de resultados diarios de acuerdo al target establecido
-Personalización de cada punto de venta con branding de Rappi

Comunicación empática y asertiva con el aliado,
Capacidad para enseñar procesos digitales de forma simple y efectiva.
Orientación a resultados y resolución de problemas.
Analisis de data, organización, seguimiento, mapeo y creación de rutas estrágicas
Adaptabilidad ante diferentes tipos de aliados.
Trabajo colaborativo con Hunting
Conocimientos básicos de excel y herramientas digitales
Experiencia atención al cliente o capacitación
Perfil de campo
Conocimiento básico de herramientas digitales (Excel/Sheets, CRM, plataformas operativas.
Habilidad de comunicación clara y empática.
Organización, seguimiento y orientación a resultados.
Disponibilidad de horario
Tipo de estudios: Administración de Empresas, Gestión Comercial o afin
Años Experiencia: 1 año minimo totales en áreas comerciales
Idiomas: Español
Sistemas: CRM Tools (Zoho/Sales Force) /Excel básico/Herramientas de Google)
