  • Implementación de Campañas y estrategias comerciales que impulsen la colocación de los principales productos de crédito de nómina y personal.
  • Acompañamiento y participación en las estrategias de crédito al consumo optimizando los canales por propuesta de valor.
  • Relación y coordinación con equipos de Producto, Riesgos y Analytics para el desarrollo de estrategias que busquen el crecimiento de negocio.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Realizar y presentar los resultados de estrategias en campañas con directores del área.
  • Gestionar áreas de oportunidad para mejorar los journeys de originación y retención de crédito al consumo.
  • Implementar técnicas estadísticas y analítica para detectar áreas de oportunidad en la colocación y retención de créditos al consumo.

Calificaciones - Externas

  • Carrera preferente: Actuaria, Matemáticas, Economía, Finanzas
  • Experiencia en Banca de Consumo y Crédito.
  • Experiencia deseable en CRM y/o Riesgos
  • Conocimientos en Estadística, Análisis de Datos y Machine Learning
  • Alta capacidad de análisis.
  • Conocimientos de SQL y SAS
  • Dominio de herramientas de Office (Excel, Power Point).
  • Alta capacidad de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
  • Enfoque comercial y de crecimiento de Negocio
