Job Description SummaryThe Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence leads Lean transformation across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for building and sustaining a Lean Management System, driving cultural change, and embedding continuous improvement practices to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Lean strategies across the site.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and value stream mapping.
  • Coach leaders and teams on Lean tools (5S, PDCA, etc.).
  • Establish visual management systems and standard work.
  • Drive employee engagement in continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic projects focused on operational performance.
  • Apply Six Sigma tools to complement Lean initiatives.
  • Drive Lead Year-over-year productivity and cost improvements.
  • Lead initiatives that boost associate engagement in Lean activities.
  • Improve safety, quality, and delivery performance through operational excellence.
  • Track and report progress on OpEx goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years in manufacturing and Lean leadership roles.
  • Lean Certification required; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in leading cultural transformation and frontline engagement.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish.
