Job Summary

The Training Intern will assist the Human Resources and Production teams in developing, organizing, and delivering training programs for manufacturing employees. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Help facilitate training workshops, including setting up equipment and preparing training spaces.
  • Gather feedback from training participants and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate training records and databases.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify specific training needs.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to training, such as preparing rosters and sending communications.

Required Skills and Education

Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting or training support role is a plus, but not required.
