Responsabilidades Clave

  • Planeación estratégica y gestión del portafolio (priorización, inversión y seguimiento en tiempo, costo y calidad).
  • Gobernanza financiera, control de presupuesto y administración de recursos.
  • Asegurar la excelencia en la entrega de proyectos y la gestión de riesgos.
  • Diseño y ejecución de gestión del cambio y comunicación de D&T México.
  • Conexión entre negocio y tecnología, asegurando alineación estratégica.
  • Análisis de beneficios de proyectos y su impacto en P&L y cash flow.
  • Soporte a proyectos y operación.

Requisitos

  • 5+ años de experiencia en Project / Portfolio Management y gestión financiera.
  • Conocimiento en Change Management (Prosci / ADKAR).
  • Mentalidad estratégica, perfil analítico y orientado a resultados.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Formación en Ingeniería, Finanzas, Administración o Afín.
  • Experiencia en proyectos enfocados a tecnología.
