FertilyMed, an international fertility clinic with European management based in Puerto Cancún, is seeking a Deputy Clinic Director to join its leadership team.

Profile

We are looking for a reliable, structured, results-oriented professional with experience in the medical/healthcare field—preferably in fertility / IVF / reproductive medicine—capable of supporting the clinic's operational and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct support to General Management and Medical Direction
  • Operational coordination of clinical and administrative areas
  • Oversight of internal processes, protocols, and workflows
  • Cost control, operational budgeting, and resource optimization
  • Coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams
  • Continuous process improvement and performance control
  • Support in implementing growth and development strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare management roles
  • Preferably experience in fertility / IVF / reproductive medicine
  • Strong sense of responsibility and decision-making reliability
  • Cost awareness and operational financial management skills
  • Proven ability to coordinate teams and work in structured environments
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Fluent Spanish; Italian is a plus
  • On-site presence in Cancún

Compensation

  • Fixed salary:
     
    USD 2,500/3,500 net per month
  • High performance-based incentives
