Responsabilidades Principales

  • Liderar la
    implementación y soporte
    de SAP Financials con foco en
    FI/CO
    : Contabilidad de Centros de Costos, Contabilidad de Centros de Beneficio, Costeo de Productos, Análisis de Rentabilidad (CO-PA), Project System, Results Analysis, Costos No Liquidados, Cierre de Mes, Evaluaciones y Asentamientos.
  • Realizar
    análisis completos
    de procesos de negocio, traduciendo requerimientos en diseños funcionales y soluciones del sistema.
  • Facilitar
    workshops
    para recopilar, validar y documentar requerimientos del cliente.
  • Diseñar, personalizar, configurar y probar
    los módulos FI/CO según las necesidades del negocio.
  • Identificar
    brechas, incidencias y soluciones alternativas
    para asegurar una operación estable y eficiente.
  • Actuar como
    enlace
    entre los usuarios de negocio y el equipo técnico para la resolución de problemas y optimización continua.
  • Documentar
    especificaciones funcionales
    , casos de prueba y resultados.
  • Proponer
    mejoras de procesos
    y oportunidades de optimización del sistema.
  • Proporcionar
    servicios de consultoría
    en nuevas implementaciones y proyectos de soporte.
  • Ofrecer
    capacitaciones
    , soporte a usuarios y realizar transferencia de conocimiento.
  • Trabajar de forma
    autónoma
    , gestionando múltiples entregables y prioridades simultáneamente, y servir como mentor para miembros junior.

Requisitos del Puesto

  • Mínimo
    5 años de experiencia
    en implementaciones SAP
    full cycle
    y proyectos de soporte.
  • Al menos
    3 años de experiencia
    en SAP FI, incluyendo
    General Ledger
    y tres o más de las siguientes áreas:
  • Cuentas por Pagar (AP)
  • Cuentas por Cobrar (AR)
  • Contabilidad Financiera
  • Contabilidad de Costos / Management Accounting
  • Activos Fijos
  • Contabilidad Intercompany
  • Project System
  • Experiencia en
    integración FI
    con otros módulos SAP:
    MM, HR, PP y PM
    .
  • Excelentes
    habilidades de comunicación
    , documentación y colaboración.
  • Capacidad para
    trabajar bajo presión
    , manejar múltiples proyectos y cumplir con los tiempos de entrega.
  • Conocimiento profundo de
    procesos contables y financieros
