Assistant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the management team in daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily business operations and staff performance

- Support in implementing company policies, procedures, and standards

- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels

- Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operational metrics

- Participate in staff training and development initiatives

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

- Basic proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
