Job Description
  • A Replenishment Planner is responsible for ensuring product availability aligned with commercial needs (product on time) and financial indicators (inventory valuation). 
  • Some of the main functions of the position include:
  • Ensuring timely and accurate actions and responses to demand needs requests
  • Analyze a large amount of data and present important insights to the business
  • Ensure that inventories are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Uderstanding processes from plants to provide meaningful insights and strategic recommendations for the business
Qualifications
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: . The candidate should have knowledge of databases to analyze important information that drives actions to the demand planning team and/or plant teams 
  • Communication:  The ideal candidate will communicate clearly and effectively in a variety of groups; most of them with language barriers 
  • Collaboration:  The ideal candidate will build constructive and effective cross-functional relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners.
  • Financial knowledge:  The ideal candidate will evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
