Maintenance Engineer / Ingeniero de Mantenimiento

Lead & manage efficient and effective IMM maintenance areas and resources, to achieve the long-term vision & strategy goals. As well as build and develop a strong team with capabilities and competences. Assuring and keep steady operation. Conducir y manejar de manera eficiente y efectiva todos los recursos de las área de mantenimiento de IMM, lograr la vision y objetivos estratégicos de largo plazo. Así como construir y desarrollar un fuerte equipo con habilidades y competencias para asegurar una operación continua y estable. 

Key accountabilities / Responsabilidades

1. Responsible for the overall cordination of maintenace in molding specific for machinery & Equipment maintenance area as well as the good execution of all the corrective & preventive maintenance plans. / Responsable de establecer la dirección, coordinación del mantenimiento en el area de moldeo especificamente para maquinaria y equipo. Así como la buena ejecución de todos los mantenimientos correctivos y planes de mantenimientos preventivos.
2.  Make the areas flexible in order to satisfy customer requirements any time (USA, Canada, México & LAM, etc.), and provide excellent customer service, covering 100% the production plans with quantity, quality & on time. / Hacer de las áreas de moldeo y taller de moldes flexible para satisfacer todos los requerimientos de nuestros clientes  (USA, Canadá, México & LAM, etc.), cubriendo 100% los planes de producción con cantidad, calidad y tiempo.
3. Responsible to develop and retain the experience, talent and Knowledge of the technicians. Assuring the stability of the IMM maintenance area and the continuous growing for the future. / Responsable de desarrollar y retener la experiencia, talento y conocimiento de los técnicos e Ingenieros. Asegurando la estabilidad del area de mantenimiento de las maquinas de moldeo IMM y el crecimiento futuro.
4. Provide leadership for problem solving in the resolution of product, quality, operational, technical and personnel problems including the analysis to prevent recurrence / Tener el liderazgo para impulsar la solución de problemas de la Calidad del producto, técnico / operativo, y resolver situaciones de ambiente laboral, incluyendo análisis para prevenir la recurrencia de ellos.
5. Manage & Control: Budget, cost & expenses, head Count, capital Investment, and new projects for the molding & Molds maintenance. / Administrar y controlar el presupuesto establecido, así como costos, gastos, personal, inversiones y nuevos proyectos del area de moldeo especificamente par amaquinas de moldeo.
6. Ensure coordination and cooperation among all departments to meet goals and objectives in accordance with company Goals, strategies & Policies. / Asegurar una Buena coordinación y cooperación entre los departamentos para alcanzar la metas, estrategia.
