Finance Supervisor – Bank Reconciliation

We are looking for a
Finance Supervisor
to lead the team responsible for bank reconciliations across the
EMEAI region
. This role involves direct interaction with stakeholders in the
UK
, so
the interview will be entirely in English
.
What you'll do:
- Supervise and review bank reconciliations and accounting processes.
- Guide the team in using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
- Resolve discrepancies and collaborate with global teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
Advanced English (spoken and written)
– mandatory for interviews and daily work.
5+ years in general accounting and bank reconciliations.
Experience leading teams and working with ERP systems.
Location:
Punto Polanco, Mexico City (hybrid).
Scope:
EMEAI region.
