FUNCIONES BÁSICAS:
Bajo la dirección del Gerente de Calidad , este puesto es responsable del departamento de calidad de partes compradas en SFO.

RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECIFICAS:

  • Resolución de problemas de calidad
  • Evalúa las capacidades del proveedor para producir dentro de las especificaciones establecidas. (Análisis de calidad de proveedores para incluir requisitos claramente definidos, encuestas de proveedores, certificación y planes de inspección de recepción).
  • Investiga y recomienda métodos para reducir o eliminar las causas del material no conforme según lo exigen KQMS, KOS y calidad planta. Ayuda en la determinación de frecuencias, métodos y ubicaciones de medición y prueba en la secuencia de producción.
  • Desarrolla nuevas técnicas para establecer niveles óptimos de calidad y satisfacción del cliente a costos económicos.
  • Se comunica e interactúa de manera efectiva, tanto oral como escrita, con el personal de fabricación, los supervisores de primera línea y todos los demás niveles de gestión de planta y división, clientes y proveedores, como parte de una organización basada en equipos. Seguimiento de acciones correctivas.
  • Brindar soporte de respaldo para el mantenimiento del Programa de Certificación ISO 9000 de SFO en la planta de SFO. También brinda soporte para la auditoría de documentos, procedimientos y procesos.

REQUISITOS DE FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA
Título universitario en Ingeniería u otra área similar.

FORMACIÓN
:

  • Experiencia previa en puestos relacionados con la calidad en la industria metalúrgica o automotriz.
  • Conocimientos demostrados en PPAP (Plan de Control y PFMEA)
  • Conocimiento demostrado en GD&T y herramientas Core.
  • Buen conocimiento técnico de los principios relacionados con la mecánica, además de un conocimiento práctico completo del uso de instrumentos comunes de medición y medición de precisión, como comparadores ópticos, Vernier, micrómetro, CMM, instrumentos de placa de superficie, dispositivos de medición electrónicos y equipos relacionados.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar dibujos de ingeniería, técnicas estadísticas de control de calidad y acciones y resultados de resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para preparar informes completos y eficaces, relativos a investigaciones especiales y resúmenes de datos registrados.
  • Competente en el uso de computadoras personales, Office común, Control Estadístico de Procesos, software de Bases de Datos.
  • Una ventaja será el conocimiento de Power BI y Power App.
  • Se requiere habilidad de comunicación en inglés oral y escrito
