PROPÓSITO DEL TRABAJO

Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas, estándares y políticas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (SHE) en la operación, desarrollando la estrategia local y planes de mejora para reducir accidentes, enfermedades profesionales y eventos relacionados con seguridad de procesos (PSM), asegurando la continuidad del negocio.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN SUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES?
  • Implementar y mantener el sistema de gestión SHE de la planta (FWS, PAR, UMS, WCM).
  • Realizar auditorías periódicas y seguimiento a hallazgos.
  • Reportar datos requeridos por SPR & EPR, incluyendo contaminantes conforme a ESRS.
  • Investigar eventos críticos (lesiones, PSM, Fire, medio ambiente) y definir acciones preventivas y correctivas.
  • Gestionar el cambio (MOC) en proyectos e innovaciones para evitar riesgos altos y muy altos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores SHE globales, regionales y locales.
  • Promover la cultura de seguridad y la mejora continua mediante auditorías internas y externas.
LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO
  • Educación: Ingeniería Ambiental, Química, Industrial o afín.
  • Especialización deseable: NEBOSH, ISO, OHSA, energías renovables o entornos sostenibles.
  • Experiencia:
  • 3 años en roles como supervisor/coordinador SHE en plantas de manufactura.
  • Conocimiento técnico en Seguridad de Procesos (PSM) y manejo de emergencias.
  • Auditorías internas y externas en sistemas SHE.
  • Habilidades:
  • Normas Oficiales Mexicanas STPS.
  • LOTOTO, Machinery Safety, permisos de alto riesgo, brigadas e investigaciones.
  • Toma de decisiones, mejora continua y enfoque Zero Loss.
  • Inglés intermedio (A2-B1).
