- Focused and fulfillment of defined KPI
- Managed complexity, Teamwork and open Mindedness
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred)
- Experience in Core tools and with methodologies: 8D, 3 Legs and 5 Why´s, Pareto analysis and statistical studies such as control graphics and CP and CPK calculus and GD&T
- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Knowledge / experience in Automotive requirements (ISO 9001/ IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, VDA 2, TLD, AIAG-CQI´s etc.) preferred certified
- Experienced with OEM customer specific requirements / standards. Dimensional analysis reports readings
- Experience with Poka Yoke, End of line Tester and AAR
