Based in the Mexico City office, you'll be deep in the weeds supporting a variety of operational needs for one of our top client teams. Working directly for our most senior leadership, this is an incredible opportunity to help drive transformational agency change in a dynamic, AI-driven environment.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide general daily support to our Executive Leaders, which will include various tasks and the ability to quickly shift gears throughout the day if/as needed
• Run special projects, including developing and managing timelines & deliverables
• Support marketing initiatives and AI-related projects
• Schedule and coordinate critical client meetings and internal meetings with meticulous attention to detail
• Coordinate and streamline internal and external events with operational efficiency
• Provide financial/administrative coordination across a variety of operational tasks
• Develop materials, including Google docs and presentations as needed
• Coordinate fun gifts and awards for team members + unique client gifts (if necessary)
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
• Support booking of travel and expenses as needed

Experience You Already Have

• Prior experience - admin, office, or event management; proven success working in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal in English, with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels
• Project management capabilities - natural ability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met; aptitude for planning, time management, and facilitation
• Highly organized and detail-oriented - nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
• Base understanding - of marketing principles and genuine excitement about AI and emerging technologies
• Adaptability and flexibility - you thrive in unstructured environments and can pivot quickly when priorities shift
• Confidentiality and professionalism - you understand the importance of discretion and maintain the highest standards
• Analytical thinking skills - you can break down complex problems and find efficient solutions
• Willingness to listen and learn - you're eager to absorb new information, receive feedback and continuously improve and be a team player
• Proficient in Google Suite - (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) and willing to learn other office software as needed
