Product Training Advisor

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.

Availability to travel.

Manual/Automatic driving skills and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Knowledge:

Content editing (Filmora, Toonly, or similar).

LMS and instructional design.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, development, and implementation of commercial training courses.

Creation of newsletters with product updates.

Development of training manuals and product comparisons.

Translation and preparation of technical product sheets.

Scheduling and planning of training programs (in-person and e-learning).

Budget management for training courses.

Execution of training sessions and evaluation of participants.

Monthly reporting and expense verification.
