This Position reports to:

HR Business Partner Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On site

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Americas.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Collaborate in documenting and tracking salary movements and job reclassifications.
  • Support the organization and delivery of onboarding pro-grams for new operational employees.
  • Contribute to the design and logistics of formative training projects (both in-person and virtual).
  • Collect and organize training evidence for each employee in digital files.
  • Participate in internal and regulatory audits (ISO / STPS) relat-ed to training and development processes.


Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) Students who will graduate on June December 2026 from careers related like Administration, Psychology, Education, Engineering, etc. English intermediate - advanced Microsoft office, Power APPs Training Methodologies Effective communication, teamwork, planning and organization, high sense of responsibility
