As a Buyer / Planner, you will be responsible for supporting material planning, purchasing, and inventory coordination activities to ensure continuity of supply and efficient operations. This role plays a key part in balancing demand, inventory levels, and supplier coordination within a structured planning environment.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support planning accuracy, purchasing execution, and system-driven decision-making while operating with a high level of independence.

• Execute purchasing and material planning activities to support operational needs
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand and supply alignment
• Work with MRP, DRP, and ERP systems to support planning and buying decisions
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material availability
• Support data analysis and reporting related to planning and inventory performance
• Proactively identify risks or gaps in supply and raise them to the manager
• Operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of purchasing, planning, and inventory coordination processes
• Working knowledge of MRP, DRP, SIC, and ERP systems
• Experience using SAP ERP is highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Clear and effective communication with managers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
