Technical Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in telecom networks and cloud/virtualized environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing core network projects, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee projects involving
mobile (2G/3G/4G/5G), fixed, and converged network architectures - Work with
virtual machines, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms - Experience with
core network platforms and services
, including
CMM, CMG, CNCS, Titan, HSS/HLR, CSD
(or equivalent) - Understand and apply
SIP, Diameter, and S7 protocols
in network operations and project planning - Align technical solutions with
customer and business objectives - Identify, assess, and
mitigate project risks
proactively - Lead
cross-functional teams
to ensure timely project delivery - Perform
analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
for complex network issues - Communicate effectively in
English
, both written and verbal
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of
telecom network architectures - Experience with
virtualized/cloud environments and containerization - Proven ability to
manage complex technical projects and lead teams - Excellent
analytical, troubleshooting, and risk management skills
