We're currently looking for an After Sales & Quality Specialist for our Guadalajara Office. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as a team member in providing a great experience to our customers and suppliers through RMAs orders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for the day-to-day post-sales activities, sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers/suppliers and assigned accounts. Maintains efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures. Serves as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), suppliers, and customers.
  • Problem Resolution: Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve post-sales problems.
  • Support Management: Support sales team with direct customer contact for post-Invoice issues
  • Attend/lead the supplier quality calls and set internal action plan and communicate to appropriate account team members.

What We Are Looking For

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of electronic industry experience in customer support, planning, procurement or related.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge on ERP systems desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate
$22, $26,850.50 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
