Objetivo del Puesto

Realizar por FIFO los movimientos físicos y en sistema de los materiales almacenados en planta. Asegurar el abastecimiento interno y externo de los clientes por concepto JIT, JIS a través de las instrucciones de trabajo disponibles.

Actividades principales

  • Verificación de cantidades de materiales recibidos de acuerdo con las instrucciones (ejemplo: BOL, factura, packing slip, etc.)
  • Recibe, sortea, prepara y distribuye bienes / materia prima / WIP / producto terminado y realiza los movimientos necesarios en los sistemas Logísticos de acuerdo con las instrucciones.
  • Uso de equipos IT de acuerdo a las actividades realizadas (ejem: scanner, impresoras, PC, etc.).
  • Abastecimiento de material para ensamble a líneas de producción VK (conocimiento y lectura de hojas PTO).
  • Preparación de materiales para surtimiento a las  líneas de ensamble (conveyor y/o ZSB).
  • Para desempeñar sus actividades diarias utilizan como herramienta principal de trabajo los scanner Intermec al 100%.
  • Participar en las actividades del sistema de control de inventarios.
  • Cooperar para que el almacén se encuentre en buenas condiciones de acuerdo con los estándares.
  • Identificación de partes / materia prima / WIP / producto terminado que tengan daños claramente reconocibles (por ejemplo, empaque, pieza/material, etc.).
  • Actuar de acuerdo con la normativa de salud, seguridad y protección

Requisitos del puesto

  • Certificado de Preparatoria Bachillerato
  • Experiencia en área de logística 6 meses mínimo
