En Nunnas transformamos los sueños de las y los enfermeros mexicanos en realidades profesionales en Estados Unidos. Somos la primera aceleradora de talento especializada en enfermería, acompañando a nuestros candidatos desde el aprendizaje del inglés y la certificación internacional, hasta su contratación y reubicación.

Buscamos un(a) Content Creation & Community Coordinator creativo(a) y empático(a), apasionado(a) por conectar con historias humanas y crear contenido que inspire a enfermeros(as) a transformar su carrera. Este rol es clave para amplificar el propósito de Nunnas a través de contenido relevante, auténtico y educativo.

Responsabilidades
  • Diseñar y producir contenido (escrito, audiovisual, redes sociales, webinars, testimonios).
  • Desarrollar la estrategia de contenido alineada con los objetivos de marketing y conversión.
  • Liderar la gestión de comunidad en redes sociales (engagement, respuesta, interacción).
  • Coordinar la realización de lives, talleres y entrevistas con expertos o egresados del programa.
  • Monitorear métricas y optimizar el desempeño del contenido.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia comprobada en creación de contenido digital (videos, redes, copywriting, storytelling).
  • Conocimiento o interés genuino en temas de educación, salud o desarrollo humano.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y orientado a resultados.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado (deseable).
