About this opportunity:

Join our Ericsson team as a Technical Solution Engineer in the RAN domain, helping keep customer networks on current software releases and ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and stability. This role is ideal for a proactive, process-driven problem-solver who enjoys working directly with customers and cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve issues while following established Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

What you will do:

  • Own and manage Customer Service Requests end-to-end, from contract validation through resolution and closure.
  • Ensure customer networks meet contracted software release levels and operate optimally by planning, coordinating, and validating software implementations and upgrades.
  • Follow MOPs and SLAs closely to deliver error-free execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Investigate, analyze, document, and propose solutions for product- and security-related issues in line with contractual requirements.
  • Participate in emergency response activities to facilitate rapid restoration of customer services, including night-shift incident handling and on-call duties when required.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers and internal teams via OMNI chats and established escalation channels.
  • Update and maintain Structured Knowledge Management content and suggest continuous improvements.
  • Provide technical input to account teams to support add-on sales and expansion of services.

The skills you bring:

  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written), with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Confidence to speak up when necessary and escalate issues proactively.
  • Strong background in telecommunications with knowledge of RAN concepts.
  • Customer focus, process orientation, and the ability to follow instructions and MOPs precisely.
  • Ability to work effectively in structured operational environments and handle customer interactions professionally under pressure.
  • Willingness and availability to work night shifts

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Moshell and Linux/Unix environments, FTP/SFTP, and remote connection tools.
  • Basic scripting and data analysis skills; exposure to machine learning is a plus but not mandatory.
