Job Description

Objetivo General:

Responsable de operar el sistema de seguridad patrimonial con base a los recursos materiales y humanos existentes en las instalaciones realizando las coordinaciones necesarias con los demás departamentos internos y proveedores externos

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de operar el sistema de seguridad patrimonial con base a los recursos materiales y humanos existentes en las instalaciones.
  • Responsable de tener certificado a todo el personal de protección, coordinadores, guardias de seguridad, operador de centro de control.
  • Coordina con la empresa de seguridad contratada acciones de mejora.
  • Ejecuta operaciones de investigación.
  • Traslada a  Ejecutivos y Visitas como parte del sistema de PE.
  • Administrar requisitos de certificaciones C-TPAT/ OEA referentes a Seguridad.
  • Rotación de la posición de acuerdo al diagrama y-o necesidades de la Operación

Experiencia/ conocimientos técnicos

  • 3 años en posición similar seguridad patrimonial.
  •  2 años en posición de Supervisión y manejo de personal.
  •  Experiencia en liderar guardias de seguridad.
  • Experiencia en investigaciones

Competencias /softskills

  • Operaciones de protección, técnicas de protección ejecutiva, investigaciones, planeamiento, manejos de armas letales y no letales, capacitación y desarrollo.
  • Conocimiento de la operación bajo estándares internacionales.
  • Protección ejecutiva.
  • Protección patrimonial y prevención de pérdidas.
  • IT/ Protección de la información, inteligencia/ Investigaciones.
  • C-TPAT/OEA
  • Ingles avanzado

Formación académica

  • Lic. Criminología, Lic. Seguridad Pública, Militar o Policía o carrera afín
