More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Component Planner in Camargo, México with Signify.
Main Roles:
This role is responsible for executing component ordering in line with component demand pan / factory requirements while optimizing for his/her Purchasing group on hand component inventory to assigned inventory targets.
Follow up with suppliers forecast inclusive of confirmation to ensure timely capacity reservations.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions on delivery reliability of suppliers - GSRS, lead times (including reduction), order (re-)confirmations to improve component availability.
Actively drive health of component inventory by regularly updating/analyzing component stocking strategy.
SAP parameter and logistics views maintenance.
Responsible for Procurement of all components attached to the respective Purchasing Group and MRP controller in the respective factory.

Bachelor's degree completed in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration.
+3 years experience in Procurement.
Leadership & Team management experience is required.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Experience of product transfers between different production locations.
Experience in SAP ERP system.
Work experience in multinational environment.
Experience in Supplier and Customer Management.
Knowledge and experience in LEAN manufacturing.
Works as an experienced Component Planner on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of planning data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.
