Kiewit Mexico, a leading organization in the field of engineering, procurement, and construction management, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our ongoing projects and enhance the efficiency of our operations. As a subsidiary of one of the largest and most respected companies in North America, Kiewit Mexico excels in delivering innovative solutions across a variety of sectors including energy, oil and gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of project planning and activities tracking
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • General understanding of engineering processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, (Industrial or Chemical Engineering preferred)
  • Additional coursework or certifications in project management or quality control is an asset
  • Knowledge of Power BI, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is considered a plus
  • Internships, or university research related to engineering or technical management is considered a plus
  • No prior professional experience required
  • Intermediate level (B2)
