Responsabilidades:

• Revisar transacciones y procesos financieros para garantizar el cumplimiento con políticas internas y regulaciones externas.
• Apoyar en auditorías internas y evaluaciones de cumplimiento.
• Mantener y actualizar la documentación de cumplimiento, incluyendo políticas y procedimientos.
• Monitorear y reportar riesgos de cumplimiento, así como los planes de remediación.
• Colaborar con los equipos de Finanzas, Legal y Auditoría para asegurar alineación en temas de cumplimiento.
• Investigar cambios regulatorios y evaluar su impacto en las operaciones financieras.
• Brindar soporte en iniciativas de capacitación y concientización sobre cumplimiento.
• Mantener registros precisos para auditorías y requerimientos regulatorios.

Requisitos:

• Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Economía o carreras afines.
• De 1+ experiencia en cumplimiento financiero, auditoría o controles internos.
• Conocimiento de regulaciones financieras (deseable).
• Habilidades analíticas y organizativas sólidas.
• Excelentes capacidades de comunicación e interacción interpersonal.
• Dominio de Microsoft Excel y sistemas financieros (por ejemplo, SAP, Oracle).

Deseable:

• Experiencia en entornos financieros multinacionales o regionales.
• Certificaciones profesionales (CPA, CIA, CFE).
• Idiomas: Español, Portugués e Inglés (bilingüe o trilingüe).
