RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources & Employee Support

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain HR records, ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, and assist with reporting metrics related to workforce data.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide high-level administrative, logistical, and analytical support to the Plant Manager.
  • Manage the Plant Manager's agenda, meetings, and daily schedule
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist in coordinating plant initiatives, audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.

Visitor Management.

  • Welcome and assist visitors and customers in a professional, customer-focused manner.
  • Coordinate visitor access, registration, and compliance with immigration procedures
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and records.
  • Support vehicle assignment tracking and administrative controls as required.

Data & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain HR and production-related metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in preparing management reports to support operational decision-making.
  • Maintain and update reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • Mas de 3 years of administrative or HR support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of HR practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
