Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Industrial Maintenance Engineer, located in Navojoa, Sonora.

The Industrial Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of industrial equipment, with a strong focus on:

• Vertical packaging machines
• Baking and frying production lines
• Heat exchanger systems

Key responsibilities include executing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues, and ensuring the optimal operation of critical production machinery. The role also involves troubleshooting, documenting maintenance activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain and improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Mechanical/Electrical Repair
• Proven experience with vertical packaging equipment, thermal processing lines (baking/frying), and heat exchanger systems
• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance, with the ability to identify and address potential failures proactively
• Experience in Electrical Maintenance, including installations, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of industrial safety protocols and best practices
• Ability to analyze technical problems and implement effective, timely solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or similar industrial environments is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
