En Cornerstone, firma global con presencia en más de 40 países, especializada en servicios de Executive Outplacement, Talent Management y Headhunting, buscamos un Commercial Trainee proactivo y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo en México.

Esta posición representa una excelente oportunidad para desarrollarte en el ámbito comercial, en contacto directo con empresas y líderes que transforman organizaciones.

Responsabilidades principales:

Apoyar en la identificación y contacto con posibles clientes.

Colaborar en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales y presentaciones.

Participar en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias comerciales.

Dar seguimiento a los contactos y mantener actualizada la base de datos.

Asistir a reuniones y capacitaciones para fortalecer conocimientos del área.

Contribuir al desarrollo de relaciones sólidas con clientes.

Analizar mercado y competencia para detectar oportunidades.

Perfil deseado:

Estudiantes que estén cursando el último año o año y medio de las siguientes carreras: Mercadotecnia, Administración, Contabilidad, Negocios, Psicología, Economía, Negocios Internacionales o afines.

Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.

Actitud proactiva, orientada a resultados y autonomía.

No es indispensable contar con experiencia previa, pero se valorará positivamente. Lo más importante son tus aptitudes y actitud para aprender y desarrollarte.

Manejo de Microsoft Office y CRM (deseable).
