Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Senior Consultant with the Homebuilder product team will provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to Oracle Cloud PPM. Their goal is to help the Homebuilder product team optimize product requirements and design, as well as the workflows between Cloud and the product. Help homebuilder clients achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively.

The Project Portfolio Management functional consultant is expected to have expertise in implementing Oracle Cloud PPM applications. The successful candidate will have completed two or more end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud PPM.

This person will collaborate with the Homebuilder team product team around the discovery, problem definition and configuration in Oracle Cloud in the PPM module. They will explore other modules to help define homebuilder workflows between Oracle Cloud and the Homebuilder product,

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle Cloud advancements.

• Use in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management. This should include:

• Resource Management,

• Task Management
• Project Financials
• Project Contract Billing
• Time and Labor for Projects
• Grant Management

• Industry expert with PPM business process

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients. Work collaboratively with project team to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions.

• Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval.
• Identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary.
• Collaborate with product team and clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies.
• Provide expert advice on technology solutions and tools that can enhance the client's operations. Help clients make informed decisions about adopting and implementing new technologies.

Education
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
• MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD.

Experience / Required Skills

• Advanced English communication skills
• Minimum years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud PPM projects and upgrades.
• Certified Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management Consultant. Certification should be within the last two years.
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
