To lead a team to achieve optimal on time delivery for purchase material assigned while reducing the impacts of attritions and changes for the production line.
Responsible for managing human and material resources to ensure the correct flow of materials according to the master production plan, achieving optimal inventory levels.
Mitigation plan management to secure the line and achieve Objectives set up by Montreal headquarters / Queretaro site.
Supervise their staff and ensure compliance with Supply Logistics processes.
Monitor daily results of performance indicators and work on actions for their continuous improvement.
Continuously review the performance and development of team members.
How to thrive in this role?Professional experience: +8 years
Bachelor degree: Industrial engineer, Aeronautical Engineer, International Trade and commerce, Business Administration.
Master degree is a plus.
Strong knowledge Traficc & Customs processes.
Proficient English- Spanish languages.
Proficient SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office.
Proficient soft skills.
