The following functions and responsibilities are informative and non-limiting nature. The company reserves the right to add responsibilities as deemed necessary for the management and support of the company.

  • Managing customs inventory system (Annex 24). o BOM analysis o Data stage review o Data stage information upload o Data stage conciliation. o Detect mistakes and follow up on corrections.
  • Rule eight: o Part number analysis o Vucem solicitation. o Balance control in customs inventory system
  • Experience with import/export operation: o Pedimento review and upload o HTS review and follow up with the broker. o Support the team with any system issues.

Experiencia y requisitos

Education/Certifications

  • Technical Degree in International commerce "necessary"
  • Professional degree in international commerce "desirable". Experience
  • +2 years' experience in:
  • Experience managing customs inventory system (Annex 24).
  • BOM analysis
  • Data stage review and conciliation.
  • Rule eight solicitation in VUCEM and balance control.
  • Experience with import/export day to day operation: Hard Skills
  • Data analysis, Knowledge of customs operation, Experience with VUCEM and Rule eight, Computer systems proficiency, Soft Skills.
  • Responsiveness, Attention to detail, Communication skills, Conflict resolution, Emotional intelligence, Problem-solving, Responsibility, Teamwork, Time management.
