Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct registration of fixed assets
- Control of fixed asset movements (Transfers, disposals, additions)
- Supervise the application of policies and procedures
- Preparation of reports with reliable and timely information
- Run depreciation
- Preparation of month-end reportsIdentify improvements to Fixed Assets processes
- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by hissupervisor that are essentially related to his duties.
Your Qualifications
- Administration / Accounting degree
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
- Desirable knowledge in SAP EP1, sub module Fixed Asset
- Proactive, Communicative
- Accounting knowledge
- Knowledge in MS office applications with strong Excel skills.
