Description
We are hiring a Sales Support - Rebates Analyst who will be responsible for processing the Rebates calculations and payments requests within the Pricing & Contracts team. The analyst assures the timely and error-free payment of rebate commitments to customers.

  • Process required reports to calculate customer rebates, ensuring an error-free result based on the contract or agreement of wording.
  • Work closely with the pricing and sales team to ensure the criteria for the rebates are accurate.
  • Lead rebates-related communications with Steelcase salespeople, dealers, and clients.
  • You will process all payments requests to customers for rebate programs.
  • Ownership of keeping the payment information for the customers up to date.
  • Provide assistance to promote improvements and automation within Rebate systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • English as a second language is a must.
