Position Overview

The SAP S4 ERP Analyst will play a critical role in managing, optimizing, and supporting the organization's SAP S4HANA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position involves analyzing business needs, configuring SAP solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

What you'll do

  • Provide functional and technical support for existing and future implementations of SAP Production planning, quality management, plant maintenance and other supply chain systems to business users and peers.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP S4HANA modules to meet business needs, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other relevant areas.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP S4HANA with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • System Analysis: Evaluate business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and implement SAP S4HANA solutions.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, validation, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability within the ERP system.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems promptly.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs for users to maximize the effective use of SAP S4HANA.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to support business decision-making and improve system performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure the ERP system complies with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Project Management: Participate in ERP implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 yrs of proven experience in SAP S4HANA ERP systems, including implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration processes.
  • Knowledge of business processes in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
