Una empresa impulsada por nuestra genteObjetivo del PuestoLa persona Analytics Engineer será responsable de transformar datos crudos provenientes de múltiples sistemas y áreas (transporte, almacén, IT, etc.) en modelos estructurados y confiables, alineados con los estándares globales o desarrollando nuevos modelos cuando no existan.
Este rol conecta la comprensión del negocio con prácticas sólidas de ingeniería de datos, asegurando calidad, gobernanza y escalabilidad en la entrega de productos analíticos para México y LATAM. Trabajará principalmente con Databricks, SQL, PySpark, Python y Azure, siendo clave en la estandarización y reutilización de modelos que habiliten eficiencia y valor para la organización.Actividades Principales- Transformar y organizar grandes volúmenes de datos en modelos estructurados alineados con la arquitectura global.
- Desarrollar procesos de transformación escalables utilizando Databricks (SQL/PySpark) y Azure Data Services.
- Diseñar pipelines eficientes, optimizando costos y rendimiento, cumpliendo con SLAs y ventanas de cómputo.
- Garantizar que los modelos cumplan con estándares de gobernanza, seguridad, documentación y certificación.
- Evaluar fuentes de datos, identificar problemas de calidad y definir lógica de transformación para asegurar confiabilidad.
- Proponer patrones y plantillas reutilizables que agilicen futuras iniciativas de analítica y digitalización.
- Crear documentación técnica y de negocio (lineage, reglas, restricciones, supuestos).
-- Implementar validaciones de calidad y pruebas automatizadas.
- Colaborar con equipos de negocio y operaciones para reflejar procesos reales en los modelos.
- Comunicar decisiones técnicas y conceptos complejos a stakeholders no técnicos.
- Participar en la comunidad de Analytics & Data, compartiendo conocimiento y mejores prácticas. Trabajar con equipos regionales y globales para co-desarrollar soluciones tecnológicas.A Quién BuscamosPerfil Técnico:

• Mínimo 3+ años en ingeniería analítica, BI o modelado de datos, idealmente en entornos logísticos o de cadena de suministro.

• Dominio de SQL, Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake y entornos cloud (preferentemente Azure).

• Experiencia en diseño y mantenimiento de modelos de datos y pipelines de transformación.

• Conocimiento en prácticas de productos de datos: documentación, certificación, pruebas, gobernanza.

• Deseable familiaridad con datos de transporte, almacén o logística.

• Conocimiento de herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau) es un plus.

Perfil Funcional:

• Capacidad para traducir reglas de negocio en modelos y lógica de transformación.

• Habilidades de colaboración e influencia sin autoridad en equipos técnicos y de negocio.

• Comunicación clara y storytelling para explicar estructuras y decisiones de modelado. Educación y Calificaciones:

• Licenciatura en Ciencias de Datos, Ingeniería, Sistemas, Matemáticas Aplicadas o áreas afines.

• Certificaciones en Databricks, Azure o modelado de datos son un plus.

• Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
