What you'll do:

Java Tech Lead (Full Remote)
Are you a passionate leader with experience in challenging projects? We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to join our remote team and lead high-impact initiatives.

Work Modality:
100% Remote: Work from anywhere in the world.
Flexible, results-oriented work environment.

What you need

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven leadership experience in at least 2 projects managing teams of 7+ developers.

  • Over 3 years of experience working with:
  • Java as the primary programming language.
  • Spring Boot for building robust applications.
  • Kafka with deep hands-on expertise: consuming and producing messages, configuring, and optimizing.
  • Strong knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design) and related frameworks.
  • Experience with CQRS in distributed and event-driven systems.
  • AWS experience (nice to have).
