We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Supplies Management to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Manager, Clinical Supplies Management at ICON, you will be instrumental in overseeing the planning, procurement, and distribution of clinical supplies to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials. You will lead a team dedicated to managing supply chain activities, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project timelines.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the clinical supplies team, overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of clinical trial materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Developing and implementing strategies for effective clinical supplies management, including inventory control, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, logistics, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall project goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance metrics, identifying potential issues or inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the management of clinical supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and industry best practices in the handling and management of clinical trial supplies.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in clinical supplies management or related roles, with a strong background in procurement, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams focused on clinical supplies and logistics.
- Expertise in regulatory requirements and industry standards for clinical trial supplies, with a solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and supply chain management best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives and ensure timely delivery of clinical supplies.
