Acerca del rol:

Estamos buscando a una persona clave para unirse como Senior Frontend Mobile Engineer, con profundo dominio en el desarrollo móvil (principalmente con Flutter) y con capacidad para guiar técnicamente al equipo en la evolución de nuestros productos.

Este rol será responsable de liderar las decisiones técnicas relacionadas con la app móvil, optimizar su rendimiento, asegurar una arquitectura escalable y contribuir activamente a la experiencia del usuario final. Serás la persona más senior en el equipo mobile y jugarás un rol determinante en la estabilidad, la calidad y el crecimiento de la plataforma.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, optimizar y mantener arquitecturas móviles escalables y de alto rendimiento en Flutter.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la app (performance, consumo de recursos, estabilidad, tiempos de carga).
  • Trabajar estrechamente con backend y producto para asegurar integraciones eficientes y experiencias fluidas.
  • Proponer e implementar decisiones técnicas estratégicas que aumenten la calidad, escalabilidad y mantenibilidad del código.
  • Participar activamente en la evolución del diseño, experiencia de usuario y nuevas funcionalidades del producto.

Requerimientos:

  • Más de
    4 años de experiencia
    profesional en desarrollo frontend o mobile, preferiblemente con Flutter
  • Conocimiento profundo de patrones de arquitectura móvil
  • Experiencia consumiendo y optimizando APIs REST y WebSockets
  • Experiencia trabajando en startups o entornos ágiles, con ciclos de desarrollo rápidos
  • Experiencia previa en startups o entornos ágiles.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de análisis y monitoreo móvil
  • Experiencia integrando múltiples servicios externos (ej. mapas, pagos, mensajería, notificaciones).

Deseables
:

  • Conocimientos básicos de backend , TypeScript o NestJS) para colaborar con el equipo
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos, aunque sea de forma no formal.
  • Haber participado en refactorizaciones o migraciones importantes en aplicaciones mobile
