  • Become the primary link between patients and specialized clinics.
  • Ensure a seamless experience by managing the patient lifecycle from first contact to clinical appointment.
  • Key Focus~ Patient outreach, insurance verification, and appointment coordination.
  • Schedule~ Monday to Friday 8~00 AM – 5~00 PM EST (Weekends off).
  • Ideal for~ Profiles with medical billing or clinical call center experience.

Role 2~ Caregiver Scheduler (Home Care)

  • Drive the operational core of home health services.
  • Match the right caregivers with families, ensuring continuous patient care.
  • Key Focus~ Real-time problem solving, caregiver utilization, and shift management.
  • Schedule~ Rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday) Window~ 6~00 AM – 9~00 PM PST.
  • Ideal for~ Logistics experts, dispatchers, or hospitality professionals (Concierge/Reservations).

What We Are Looking For~

  • Language~ Advanced English proficiency (C1 Level - written and verbal).
  • Experience~ 1+ year of consistent employment history.
  • Skills~ Proficiency in EHR/CRM systems, strong multitasking abilities, and high empathy.
  • Location~ Must be based in Mérida, Yucatán (On-site).
