Your Tasks

The Category Management Coordinator is responsible for driving category growth together with our customers where Beiersdorf has captaincies, through strategic planning, market analysis, product innovation and partnership with key stakeholders for Walmart

Main Accountabilities:

  • Category Strategy Development: Execute the category management process that aligns with overall company and customer goals, looking for market growth and profitability inside the customers
  • Product Portfolio Management: Within category strategy define the correct portfolio for the customer.
  • Retailer and customer engagement: Build strong relationship with key retail partners and customers. Collaborate with them to develop category growth plans.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor the financial performance of the category, including main KPI´s as Sell Out, Profitability and Market Share.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact for all category related initiatives, as launches 4ps recommendations with a Category point of view.
Your Profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing, Catman
  • Proven experiences of matching brand strategies and channel strategies and translating it into execution though strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in working with major retailers and understanding of retail dynamics
    Fluent English
