DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTOPUESTO: Set – UpJEFE INMEDIATO: Supervisor de Ingeniería / Ingeniero de Manufactura DEPARTAMENTO:  IngenieríaDESCRIPCION GENERICA:El Set Up debe realizar la preparación, ajuste y puesta a punto de las máquinas y equipos utilizados en el proceso de fabricación de estatores (embobinado, inserción, formación, conexión, pruebas, etc.), asegurando el correcto funcionamiento, la calidad del producto, la eficiencia operativa y seguridad establecidos de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas establecidas por la empresa.ACTIVIDADES ESPECIFICAS:
  • Preparar y ajustar las máquinas (Insuladoras, Estampadoras, Insertadoras, Embobinadoras, Blocker, Crimpadoras) antes del início de la producción y brindar soporte necesario para lograr las metas establecidas.
  • Verificar que los materiales, herramientas y dispositivos requeridos estén disponibles, identificados y en condiciones adecuadas.
  • Configurar parámetros de las máquinas, según las especificaciones del producto o las hojas de proceso.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de arranque para validar el correcto funcionamiento de la máquina y la conformidad del primer producto.
  • Ajustar o reemplazar dispositivos, Herramentales, Blade Gaps, según el modelo de estator a fabricar.
  • Detectar, reportar y corregir desviaciones o fallas menores en las máquinas durante el proceso de ajuste.
  • Detectar, diagnosticar y corregir fallas menores durante el proceso de ajuste y colaborar con el área de mantenimiento para atender fallas mayores o actividades preventivas.
  • Realizar las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo al herramental de acuerdo con el programa de tareas EAM
  • Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, calidad y orden establecido en la planta (5S, LOTO, TPM, etc.).
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua para reducir tiempos de cambio y aumentar la disponibilidad de equipos.
PERFIL DEL TITULAR DE LA POSICION:Escolaridad: Preparatoria técnica, Superior Tecnica o Ingenieria Habilidades: Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y bajo presión, manejo básico de herramientas y herramental (Tooling) Manejo de Computación, Conocimientos básicos en Neumatica, Hidráulica, Mecánica.Seguridad: Lentes y Zapato de Seguridad (dentro del área de producción)Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia.
