We're seeking an experienced Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager who can build and scale programs that actually drive sales. This person will own all aspects of affiliate partnerships, influencer outreach, and UGC creator collaborations—developing relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring performance growth month over month.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling affiliate and influencer programs for multiple ecommerce clients. You'll manage all outreach, recruitment, negotiations, campaign management, and reporting—driving measurable revenue from both affiliate publishers and creator partnerships.

This role blends sales, relationship management, and marketing execution. You'll spend your time pounding the phone, sending emails, building partnerships, and pushing for top-tier placements while also ensuring all campaigns are tracked, optimized, and performing.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Management

  • Manage and grow affiliate programs across platforms such as Impact, CJ, ShareASale, Rakuten, Awin, and Refersion.
  • Aggressively recruit new affiliates and publishers through calls, email outreach, and direct networking.
  • Negotiate commission rates, exclusive promotions, and premium placements across blogs, coupon sites, and publisher networks.
  • Audit and optimize affiliate tracking, coupon codes, and creative assets to ensure accuracy and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop affiliate-ready assets (banners, product images, custom landing pages, etc.).
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key publishers—driving continuous exposure and sales growth.

Influencer & UGC Creator Partnerships

  • Identify and recruit influencers, ambassadors, and UGC creators aligned with each brand's target audience.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from outreach and negotiation to contract execution and content delivery.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-performing UGC content for paid and organic channels.
  • Track performance metrics such as engagement, conversions, and revenue attribution from influencer and UGC content.
  • Maintain a database of creators, affiliates, and publishers to track performance and relationship status.
  • Collaborate with creative and paid teams to amplify top-performing influencer and affiliate content across Meta, Google, and email.

Performance & Reporting

  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports detailing outreach, partnerships secured, traffic, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor metrics across all programs (CTR, AOV, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and continuously refine strategies.
  • Identify trends and new opportunities in the affiliate/influencer landscape to keep clients ahead of competitors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing affiliate and influencer marketing programs for ecommerce or DTC brands.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable sales through affiliate and creator channels.
  • Deep knowledge of major platforms: Impact, CJ, ShareASale, Awin, Refersion, UpPromote, Rakuten, and influencer databases.
  • Strong understanding of influencer outreach, negotiation, content usage rights, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable conducting high-volume outreach and closing partnership deals.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and affiliate platform dashboards.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and partners simultaneously.
  • A proactive, "make-it-happen" personality with a passion for performance marketing and partnerships.
